Great News! The phs Direct Website has now launched!
You asked, we listened.
We’ve been working hard to create a website perfect for our customers, and the time has come for the phs Direct website to go live!
Our customers’ needs were at the forefront of our designs, meaning that we were able to create a user-friendly online platform to enable you, our customer, to order all of your workplace consumables. You can now order all your paper, janitorial and cleaning chemicals at the click of a button, and at a time that suits you.
All product information including images, full specification and downloadable documents such as safety information are all available 24 hours a day, to ensure you always have access to the most up to date information.
So what are the features you will see?
- Ability to shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Up to date product information, including imagery and supporting documentation available at any time.
- Card payments are accepted. We also have a credit facility available for eligible customers (along with full visibility of remaining credit balance).
- Re-ordering function – you have the ability to view your order history and re-order your preferred choice of products quickly and easily.
- Free delivery over £75.00 (excluding VAT).
- Accurate stock availability function – you can see if a product is in stock or not.
- Account Manager information visible for all phs Direct customers - ensuring you are always able to contact the person responsible for your account.
